Starting another painting

The drawing is done and I am about to start painting. I fill in the background and plan my approach.

I must have painted a million trees and rocks by now! For the trees good old Sepia, Raw Sienna and Burnt Sienna are my standby colours. A touch of Indigo to get some depth and shadows.

The rocks are more Indigo and Ultramarine Blue to warm them up and a few hints of Raw Sienna again.

My heroines and heroes have been wearing the same cloths for the whole story!! But it helps to identify them for the reader.
