At last final drawings done!

I finished the 50 odd drawings for the final book of my trilogy today. I need to transfer them to good watercolour paper and paint them now!

I am super organised this time. For my first book my drawings were all over the place in different drawing folders, scraps of paper and some drawings on the back of other paintings. I wasn’t at all sure of where I was going with my project – whether I’d even get so far as to publish! I just kept taking the next step and then the next step.

After completing over 100 drawings I am a lot more confident of my compositions and find I am able to get suitable facial expressions and body language appropriate to the dialogues.
