My next wood block carving printed - very happy with it. This was an image…
Timely article in local paper
Local paper ‘The Guardian’,
by sheer fluke, published their article (https://topsouthmedia.co.nz/guardian-motueka-golden-bay if you want to read it – a few errors!) about my third book last Thursday 14th November. The local Mapua’s Makers’ Market (https://www.found.org.nz/directory/the-mapua-market/) was held on Sunday 17th November so people approached me having read the article. Couldn’t have planned it better.
Founders Market this Sunday,
with fellow-writer Chris Stuart (https://www.chrisstuart.nz/). She does crime novels – I do children’s books.
Founders is an historical ‘village’,
where old buildings that previously housed businesses and families have been lovingly restored and are now rented out to more modern and re-invented businesses from that era. (https://www.founderspark.co.nz/attractions/whats-on/the-great-christmas-market-2024/).
This is a great day to finish or start your Christmas shopping with many, many talented, creative people.
See you there.
